What knot can i use to lock on an amsteel bridge.
Concern that it might come undone.

How about a strap type bridge
A NYLON tubular webbing bridge would be properly attached wth a water knot on each side with a barrel backup and at leas 2" of tail. Alternatively, an overhand on a bite girth hitched on one side and the water knot on the other.

Amsteel needs to be spliced to be safe.

Thanks will shift to tubular webbing
np. Rememnber, its your lifeline. do what you're comfortable with and only what you're 100% positive about. Check your work, trust only yourself.

What is the best way to make the length of tubular webbing bridge adjustable?

I'm using slides. http://www.paragear.com/skydiving/10000176/H449/ . Work really well in my opinion. Check the rating on them for yourself though.
