Gents,

Happy to be here, and I've already learned so much. I'm an avid bowhunter from the center of the Commonwealth. 25 years young but an old soul. I felt like I perfected my hang-and-hunt setup with my hang-on, so I feel like this move was a natural progression. I wish somebody would have told me how expensive saddle hunting can be, though! I have the Mantis saddle on order and trying to figure out a way to afford the Predator Platform....law school ain't cheap. Looking forward to the continued gain in knowledge.

Welcome from Delaware. You’ve joined an amazing community and an amazing style of hunting.

Appreciate it fellas. I'm a researcher and a tinkerer. I can tell I'll fit right in with this crowd.

Welcome! I grew up in NE PA, love it up there. Sounds like you're all in already at least you already have a climbing method. So far the only disadvantage I can find to saddle hunting is the initial cost.

I recommend you read through this overview if you haven't already, it's a good overview of all things saddle hunting and I just updated it.

Turns out @elk yinzer is right down the road for me. Should be helpful having another saddle user close by as I'm getting started.
