Yeah I think so. A lot of other areas closer to me have been under water and I'm sure they are still pretty muddy.
 
Ticks are terrible over there so be sure to spray down or use permethrin! I’ll be over there kayaking in the AM with some friends so if you get stuck gimme a call. Roads can be pretty bad and we’ve had a ton of rain
