Another part of my experiments for next year

Been using it for a few years. Works great! I have black though
 
One thing I like about applying a liquid is that you can make the coating end exactly at the depth of the drilled to act as a way to verify your bolt is fully seated. Is it possible to get the edge of the shrink tube to fall right where you want it? The only experience I have with shrink material is thinner stuff, and it shrinks at unpredictable rates.

You make it longer than cut it exactly where u want it to stop, I used 2 different sizes when I did mine I did the bolt one size and then went over the bolt head with a bigger size
