The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

Tried that and no reply email yet and it’s been over three weeks. I just wondered if Tethrd had a phone number to check order status. I have two orders totaling over $650, and it’s been over 6 weeks so I would like some communication on ETA.
I emailed them over the weekend and got a response before 9am on Monday. Needless to say, I was impressed with their customer service. I used the email on their contact ya page. Hello@tetherdnation.com.

They always respond to my questions. I ordered my saddle on the 5th of February, and it will arrive Monday. If you have $650 worth of product, I would not cancel the order. This may help. I received this after I asked about my saddle at the 6th week.

I am pasting our update from yesterday below. Your order will likely be able to be processed around the second week of april
We are in the last stages of our new sewing manufacturer getting up and running! We are receiving saddles starting this week and will continue to receive large shipment quantities each week. This will allow us to close the gap between order date and fulfillment date very quickly. We are very excited with our new supplier’s expertise, quality and the ability to keep up with the demand. As we are receiving the saddles we will provide more detailed date range updates, but we will wait until we have them in hand so we can be very specific.
A huge shipment of “platforms - only” orders were shipped out yesterday bringing us to within roughly 15 days of order date! Platforms with saddle orders will ship when the saddle is fulfilled.
SYS Haulers and SBW Heaters are expected by the end of the month and will be shipped to those still waiting for these items to complete their orders over the following week or two.
We thank you for your patience and support as we get Tethrd products back on the shelf! We apologize for those who had to wait a bit longer than the original fulfillment expectations. We are on the path to where it will be a very short window from order to ship!

I received the same response after my 3rd attempt. Glad your order shipped quickly. I placed my order on 1/18 and haven't received a ship date yet. Guess I can wait a little longer.

I’ll give them till the 15th of April. That would be more than 8 weeks since that seems to be the average for product shipping. A little communication certainly wouldn’t hurt though.
I agree on the communication part. Automated generic replies to order questions are poor.
