Anyone received their Predators?

I haven’t heard anything since the last email a couple weeks ago talking about delays. Has anyone got any word about shipments?
 
Unfortunately not... I am hoping some ship out end of this week as indicated in the last update.
 
So were supposed to be in end of last week. Im waiting to hear if anyone has gotten those as well. In mean time I took an old LW Assault seat and cut a LW stick and made a platform to use in the mean time
 
I hustled up a ring of steps to use myself. It’s no fun waiting without word. I’m thinking I should’ve gone the Lone Wolf mod route myself. Or bought a predator used. I’ve seen some on the classifieds used but I had already ordered my predator. I’m more mad at myself for not researching the company and productions schedules before I paid. Being new also I didn’t expect this as I ordered.
 
Nope still waiting! I have built 2 platforms now and I really like the second one. May sell the predator as soon as it comes unless I really like it.
 
I am assuming they never received the shipment they were supposed to get at the end of last week. Seems to be just recycling the same update on the predators weekly.
 
I just sent an email to cancel mine. I don’t think I’m a platform hunter anyway.
How did that go? I’ve certainly contemplated that move myself. I did get a short email from a person after I kept responding to the automated response they sent me saying they’re shipping next week. Next week is when I’m trying to spend hunting. If the cancellation process is smooth I’m inclined to cancel and just use my steps. I ordered mine a month ago with the anticipation of getting it in time to get used to it before the rut.
 
Instead of selling my Original LW I may just make a klemz seat platform and cut the main platform and my 2 at this point. I have an xop platform but the idea of better folding is what I was looking for.
 
They should be receiving the batch of Predators from manufacturer on Mon/Tues

They would then be busting their butts to get them shipped to us as a quickly as possible

This is assuming the manufacturer doesn’t drop the ball again

That could get allot of Predators in the hands of hunters right before their RUT vacations. Hopefully that is the case anyway.

I’ve considered cancelling mine as well. I ordered based on an email that led me to believe I’d have mine by my out of state hunting trip. I leave today so that didn’t happen... For those who’ve tried, were you able to cancel your order?

I got the generic automated respond email just like I did when I tried to cancel my tether and linemans belt. It never got canceled and it came in with my mantis. We were told to go through Tethrd’s site to deal with questions and not this site. Trying to do the right thing.
 
It’s a thread. I’m not trying to deal with the company. Just asking people’s experiences. Which, in my opinion, is exactly what a forum is about.

Yes and that is fine. We had a stretch where people were asking about their orders and such on here because Greg and Ernie are members. That is what he was referring to.

So has anyone had any experience with a human in regards to customer service? There’s no number on the site and as mentioned, automated email responses.
I can see how issues arise with a startup, but this has certainly left me salty. I didn’t realize I was pre-ordering. I don’t remember that being mentioned at all until after they had my money for weeks. The product looks cool and useful and I might re-order one once they get things squared away but right now this lack of product and communication has left me with a negative feeling.
I’m going to send off some more emails and I’ll let everyone know how that turns out.
