Got an email that they have 50% off Kryptek camo with the code ACO50 and 20% off off ACO stuff with ACO20. Makes the Pioneer saddle around $160 after tax. Not as good as the Black Friday deal but one of the cheapest saddle options that’s not a no name Amazon China job.

Edit: It’s actually around $151 because you get free shipping. Snagged me one.

What website did you order from? Have a buddy trying to get into saddle hunting on a budget

Thank you.. are their saddles comfortable? I have a overwatch orion
Yes! I picked one up the beginning of October and have been using it all season. I really like it plus it’s very much patterned after the CGM Sidewinder which is an exceptionally comfortable and cost effective saddle. In fact I used my Sidewinder for two full years almost three and still have it. The new Pioneer is a great saddle and I love the Ghillie rope bridge.

The only mods I made to it were stealth stripping the coated rope eyes on both the bridge and the prussic loop so it was quiet against my Bino harness and hand warmer muff. I also added a couple of the Antwerp guy loops to hang my sticks and platform when climbing.

Mine came yesterday. Appears to be nice quality for the price. The Kryptek fabric seems a bit noisy but I don’t see that being a big issue outside of putting it on and taking it off. I actually like how the belt and the leg loops connect. The legs straps actually seem functional unlike some other saddles. Lots of accessory loops. Hopefully I can get out and test it soon before the end of the season.

I tried to order one with discount and i coluldnt get it to take the code off .. I tried just the saddle and the saddle kit and it wouldn't work for either

I gotsta check this stuff out apparently they are based in my hometown, so I heard from a friend in the tree biz. Butler represent!
Man I would if I lived at or near Butler. Check out the saddle hunting section of thier website they have a lot of gear.

It makes no noise in the woods at all and when wearing it. I was worried about that too at first but it was silent as can be for all of my hunts. It does give some extra support too which I like when wearing bulkier winter layers.

I'm sure I'll be buying one from them in the next year or so (maybe the Woods one when they come out).

If anyone finds another code, please share. I'm wanting a small saddle also to try, so if I'd seen this code, I'd probably have a saddle from them by now.

I picked one up with a couple of matching pouches from Maple Leaf Ropes, up here in Canukia, when they had a great Black Friday sale on. Wanted a "normal" saddle to try out versus my JX3, which seems a bit bulky and awkward, not to mention a bit heavy, to me. Though with only a couple of weeks left in our deer season, this will be for next year's hunting at this point.

Got it hooked up to the practice SRT rope I have rigged up in my garage, just for fun!

Hmmmm....I wonder if Santa rappels down chimneys for the taller houses?
