Arrow Conundrum

So I went to the shop and got tuned up. All is good.

I got some arrows to tinker with. Victory rip tko 300 spin 75g brass insert 125g field point. These arrows are 8.8g/inch. Cut to 29 5/8 inches carbon to carbon. Times those together and you get 260.7. add that plus 75 and 125 and you get 460.7g.

Is that my total arrow weight?

Vanes & nock also add weight. If you have blazer, each vane weighs 6gr each I believe. Nocks...I have no clue but they also don’t weigh much.

I have the 3 inch blazer fletchings. Google search says they weigh 10g/ea. So add 30g for a total of roughly 490 plus whatever the nock weighs

The average is 12gr from what I just looked. So you’re looking at an arrow that’s 502gr roughly.

With this info you can also calculate your FOC. Just google FOC calculator and you’ll be able to get a walk through to find this out.
