Any one use one? I’m a sissy when it gets down close to the single digits and I feel like this would be a life saver I’m just curious if anyone has experience with making it work with a saddle in terms of getting the bridge through

Following. This has been on camofire the past few days and I need something for when it is below 15 degrees and windy

I have one. Only used it on a couple of later season hunts, so my sample size is reasonably small, so take my comments for what they are..... It works well and keeps you warm. The biggest thing to get used to is having your arms contained within the suit. I found that I move my hands/arms quite a bit while on stand (maybe that was a good realization?!). Works very much like a heater body suit - just less bulk, maybe blocks the wind a little bit better - with a tradeoff that it is not as quiet, and has zippers on each side for arm holes, which the HBS does not have. They are similar in warmth. I practiced shooting my bow with my arms sticking out of the arm holes and it worked fine (I didn't have to drop the entire suit off my shoulders to be able to shoot.) I found that the layering underneath the suit was very similar to what I would wear underneath my heavier bibs and parka set or coveralls.

So how do you get your bridge through? Does it have a double zipper?

There really should be a camofire specific thread of stuff we've bought that is good and what isnt
Yanno that would be a pretty solid idea lol I’m not looking for reviews on how well they work though I’m just really curious on ideas of getting my bridge through it before I order one

I should have added - this was in a treestand, late season, muzzleloader. I haven't attempted to use it with a saddle, others on this site may have though.

I have used my heater body suit a few times and I just zip it up to my bridge and I stayed very warm. The only problem is the feet are so bulky it’s tough to stand up and spin on the platform to take an offside shot without making much noise.

I think I’m just gonna bite and order one and mod it to work. I would primarily use it during gun season so I’m not terribly worried about weak side shots
