The basics: Haulin' the hunting minimal essentials takes pockets, and my saddle cuts off access.

Solution: Pouch it like a man, a wise old man. When Smaller, Faster, Lighter is always the name of the game, comfort can take the back seat.

Some cordage for attaching to the saddle bridge loops wouldn't be a bad addition.
 
I've been using the GI Sustainment pouch for about a year. Works great as a small pack.

Sitdrag modifications

I sewed the original bridge from the sitdrag to the back of the sit drag. I did not remove the original bridge, just folded it to the top back of the sitdrag and sewed it in three places. This provided a point to attach the molle straps from my GI sustainment pouch to connect the belt and the...
