Back Band?

I was searching amazon for slings to use as a back band and came along this. Its built to be weight bearing.
Thoughts on this working as cheap alternative? ($10 amazon)

I’ve heard of people using “foot sling” or “foot Hammock” off of Amazon, similar to what you are referencing. Although, if you hawk the forum classifieds here and on the Facebook Saddle forums classifieds sections you can pick up a purpose built one pretty routinely for $20. That would be my recommendation.
 
I have lower back problems and have attached a wide battle belt above my saddle and a padded chest harness to the top. The battle belt has a stainless loop on the buckle and I can tie it into my bridge and put a little tension on my lower back. It allows me to hunt longer and much more comfortably.
