Looking a bag to carry 5-6 WE Stepps...... I know Wild Edge has one but I’m looking for an alternate bag. Just larger enough for 6 Steps. A little side pocket wouldn’t hurt either.

Thx

I have been trying to think of a way to use straps on my pack to hold the stepps... or some way of carrying them that isn't inside a bag inside my pack.

Whatever you come up with.....would be cool if it could mount on molle loops.

I bought my stepps second hand and without a bag. I'm repurposing a camping chair bag.

@Nutterbuster and I have decided to start making our own space age polymer gear attachment loops. They are 1/64" thinner than the kind you get a local hardware store and will hold up a toy jeep. 3.99 each plus flat rate shipping of 3.00...

In all seriousness, this works great. I actually used a different climbing method yesterday, so i ditched my awesome bag I modified, and just tossed the two stepps in zip ties on my Molle loops. The stayed put and came out nice and easy when I was ready to set my platform. If you're worried about them slipping out (they won't), run the rope through the zip tie with the standoff, and do one half hitch back on itself. Easy to untie with a gloved hand. I find taking the time to set size of the ziptie loop just right so that the stepp goes in easy, but doesn't come out on its own too easy, is a worthwhile 10 seconds.

I packed them in on front of my pack with one of the lashing straps so they didn't tear up inside of pack.

See picture, if you're bringing more than 3 up, use the strap adjusters.

Im trying to figure out a way to not have to use a bag at all. Couldn't you just bungee them to board platform like some are using and then improvise backpack straps to the board for carrying it all in. I only need 4 stepps to get 20 feet tho... so that may not work for everyone!
