Bear hot dog chili

Brown about 2# bear ground meat

Add 4 chopped onions, 1/2 cup of oil

Season to taste with a little of this and little of that of Tony’s, chili powder, garlic powder, red and black pepper. Cook onions down.

Teach a kid so they can cook at camp while you enjoy an adult beverage.

Add about 60 or so ounces of tomato sauce. Add water if needed. Cook at low simmer for about 15 minutes. Do some taste testing and add what’s needed to get it how you like.

Put on bun and dog or over some Fritos. Enjoy!

You had me at “adult beverage” but man that looks amazing. Great idea on what to do with some ground bear. Been using mine for breakfast sausage and tacos
