Ground close to home is covered in it.

I’ll for sure make tea. But anyone have any recipes for a jam or jelly or spread to top a deer dish?

I’ve made jelly with them before, kinda floral tasting, but mostly just sweet, even with a low sugar recipe. I hoped it would keep the color but quickly changed to a tan/brown color. I’m glad I tried it but wouldn’t do it again.
I wonder if they could be candied or dried and used as a garnish/topping.
