Beginner bow for my fiancé

Ah thanks for the reply, Amazon is slightly better than Walmart... I think.

Did you get the "kit" that comes with some arrows and accessories(that guessing are junk but wanted to verify) or the bare bow?

Aside: As far as I know there's no decent bow shops anywhere close, bass pro is the closest at 30-40 min away, I'm in Maryland just north of DC if anyone wants to prove me wrong and send me to a brick and mortar place I'd love to have an in person resource (sorry to take it off topic)

Lancaster Archery sells the Galaxy Sage Elite for a few dollars more. https://lancasterarchery.com/products/galaxy-sage-elite-62-takedown-recurve-bow

It looks like a little different wood combo but, I think they are basically the same bow. They are a couple hours north of you but would have larger trad section (I think).

Oh heck yeah! I got my Sage and arrows from them. Called and talked to a tech who really helped me out. They are great folks.
Hmm... 2 hours one way may be pushing it... Though I suppose I could probably get some tuning/form/everything advice for my compound shooting too since I'm completely self taught and likely making mistakes. Perhaps I should start my own thread though, sorry OP!
