Best type of tree

big branches are huge.....have a tree that has a small diameter trunk that is in a good spot

probably 8 inch diameter, but i'm around so many branches that they seem to ignore me

How are the ash holding up in your neck of the woods? One of my favorites to work/ climb on too. Enjoy the ash while you can. It’s really sad seeing them wiped out.

Knock on wood but okay so far. We've had dutch elm go through which decimated the elms. Then oak wilt went through which took them out. If the ash borers make it up there, there won't be many species left.
