Lol glad you got it figured out the wives will always think we are crazy for what we do...

I just told my wife buy once cry once, then stopped looking at price to figure out what I really want after i found what i really wanted then I worried bout the price but only finding the best price for what I knew I wanted.

She does not understand how I can spend a grand a binoculars, just like I cant understand how she spends what ever astronomical amount of money on candles makeup and clothes

That's the problem with the internet. The rabbit hole has gotten SOOOO much deeper. Last time I bought binoculars a read a couple articles in my magazine stacks, went to 5 or 6 shops, looked at a couple catalogs, and bought nikons at the local army navy surplus/outdoor shop (still love that store). That's about as deep as you could dive pre internet. Now I'm just like you.

One nice thing, really nice thing, is the internet keeps me from trying as many stupid ideas. You can always find someone now that has tried it and explained why it didn't work or how to do it better.
 
Lots of folks using Maven's I see lately, anyone use or test them out before? Donnie Vincent uses them so I'm curious how they stack up. Heard they were a DTC company, wondered if their glass was any good - aesthetically the body looks sharp.

I’ve heard good things about them. I think @flinginairos uses them
