Thought I would share this recipe.

I told my wife I wanted a steak for dinner with blue cheese.

She came home with a brontosaurus size ribeye. I Only ate maybe a 3rd. 16 year old son came home from run and he is devouring the rest.

I butterflied the steak and used fresh garlic on inside and out, along with with salt and pepper. I stuffed the steak with blue cheese and topped it with blue cheese. I sauteed mushrooms in butter and garlic. Pulled the steak at 8 minutes. Broiled on high. (It was pouring outside). Let the steak set for 3 min. At 10 min. smothered with the mushrooms and garlic butter.

All I can say I try it.
