Bow mount for phone?

It’s definitely got better stabilization than most other cameras. Can definitely see arrow flight and impact with a lighted nock. And yeah just screw it onto the end of the stabilizer, it came with a little washer to adjust but I just used a rubber one and some loctite to keep it at the right angle.

Well I just ordered one. Don’t own a GoPro, but I’ve got that stabilizer mount on the way hahaha

Is this true for older models as well? I’ve got an old Hero 4 that we filmed bass tournaments with years ago. I know it won’t be as great as the new models but I’d def like to mount that to the stabilizer as you guys did.

I don’t know, I got a 9 or 10 and it does good.

I’ve got some free time in the shop to machine something and test this old cam. I would like to upgrade at some point and relegate this 4 to just stationary/hunter filming.

This problem has been solved for years guys.

Seems we're on a theme today. I should get some chicken for lunch.

Mag Pro video

Here is a video I shot with an old cell phone and a Mag Pro a couple weeks ago. I slowed the video down to 0.25x and then 0.02x speed just to see hat it looked like....

I machined a flange for my GoPro to mount to my stabilizer today and tested it some this evening. It actually worked a lot better than I'd expected for the GoPro to be as old as it is. Nice videos by the way. I'm hoping for some good footage this fall

I think the footage quality after the shot would depend on your bow and how little it vibrates.. like how dead in the hand it is and how steady you are after the shot.

Go pro app/ just the photo app on your phone works too. Shot in 4K and 120 fps.

Not for a phone but found an aluminum go pro mount vs the plastic 3D printed ones I’d used before. If you want to mount a GoPro to your bow this is the best option I’ve found so far. A rubber washer to set at the right angle and some loctite to keep it there.
