Gentleman I am retiring from saddle hunting. This is my 3rd year and for some reason I am really struggling with it. I've already sold my kestrel. My evolution and my ameristep are in the classified ads. Good luck guys I will check back in every once in awhile.

No shame whatsoever, enjoy the woods and hunting in whatever way makes you comfortable.
 
Yep, good luck. Care to share what you were struggling with? Steps? Sticks? Platform? Saddle comfort?

Just enjoy hunting and the outdoors. As long as you keep hunting it doesn't matter how you do it . Good luck and be safe.
 
As other's have said, sorry to hear that but, you can take some solace in the fact that your heater body suit will help a 15 year old, who really struggles to stay warm, continue to enjoy hunting.

He won't have it this weekend but, we will be in the woods Saturday and Sunday. He will just have to tough it out without the heater body suit. I also took off Friday, weather looks good Friday morning also.
