Could I put two eyes on each end of a 24” piece of Amsteel and then put a carabiner on each eye to clip to my mantis for a removable bridge? Is this safe?

As long as the biners are not side loaded it should work. You could also girth hitch on one end and use biner on the other side.

Sorry I have seen photos like I described on here but don't have quick reference to them. If I can find my Amsteel dog bone, I can post a picture after work.

If it doesn't, Amsteel or Tubular webbing is the post title.

Awesome! I have tubular webbing tied on right now. I can untie it and all that if I want it off. Just was hoping to do something a little faster.

Is the 2ft amsteel already spliced with eyes in it?

Yeah, I was using it as a safety during my rappelling and SRT. I think I dropped it in the woods on my way out the other day though.

I only have the tubular webbing no Amsteel at the moment
On one of searches I did looking for bridge info for you I saw nutterbuster did a video on his webbing tether and bridge. It is kind of what I think you're talking about. It is on his YouTube channel and he posted it here as well.
