Broken LW weld, what's next?

I'm not good with the verbage so bear with me. Last week the side weld on the exterior of the frame of my LW seat broke, the location where I attach the LW strap. The other side is in tact. Looking ahead is there any other way to attach it without tossing the whole thing in the garbage? What have you guys done when running into this?
 
Those hooks are not meant to hold up to the stress of camming the platform over. You should wrap around the platform a couple times on the other side before hooking into it. On the broken side you can take girth hitch the buckle portion of the lone wolf strap to the seat and then feed the strap through the buckle every time.
 
Just move strap to other side and use the intact hook. Make sure to wrap
