I was having issues with the carabiner rotating around in the prusik knot. And with needing to make sure one keeps the correct load orientation on a carabiner, i tried several different things to stop it from happening. Nothing worked for me until I found the bull hitch knot. Rather then me trying to explain it, let youtube come to the rescue.
