Cam cleat on 5/8” Shikar?

I noticed none of the regular Shikars come with a cam cleat or the option. Is this a safe installation? Any of you guys running this combo?

I have 2 that I use once in a while. Im 230 and theyve held up fine, no sign of weakening or bending.
