Interested in ideas for carrying your ropes when walking in and out. Prefer things not banging around hanging off of saddle. Thinking about daisy chain tether and lineman’s belt on saddle but storing rappel rope in backpack. Would love to hear other ideas if anyone has this dialed. Thanks!

Daisy chain lineman’s, girth hitched to one lb loop, wrap behind you, clipped to other lb loop.

Daisy chain tether, clip biner to same lb loop the lineman’s belt is hitched to. Wrap behind you, clip in lb biner on opposite side.

Honestly I carry them all in my back pack until I'm at the tree. Then put the MOLLE pouch on my saddle. Rapel rope stays in back pack until time to come down. The less crap I have hanging on me the better for the walk in and out.

I like daisy chain LB on left. EWO fleece bag on right side holds 40’ rope. Nice quiet and simple. Few lanyards on mollys for whatever. Everyone’s uses their own methods. Good luck!

Depends, but lately I've been using both my tether and linemans belt like suspenders to keep the saddle from sagging while walking in. Or, I keep it all in my pack until I get to the tree.

I daisy chain both tether and lineman’s ropes and hook them onto my sides and take EWO saddle pouch and stuff my rappelling rope into it. 40-50 ft of canyon c iv fits pretty snug but it will work.

I daisy chain my linemans and keep the rappel rope in my pack until I get to the tree. I use my rappel as my tether at present but may add another tether at some point. I added an s-biner to my saddle and clip it to the molle clips on my rappel rope dropout pouch so I don't need to mess with fixing it to the molle loops. I also keep a dump pouch on saddle with my madrock , a spare biner, gear hanger and buckle for my platform, etc. With suspenders it rides pretty nice.

I dislike pouches on my belt. I zip tie a canopy bungee on each side. Roll up my rope and hook bungee ball over it.
