I just thought I'd pass along my attachment method for attaching my Predator to my backpack. I wanted something cheap and easy (kind of like me) that would be an easy DIY project and make for a silent attachment to my pack. This should work on most packs with attachment points like mollie loops or D-rings.
I started by making a couple of rubber washers using some 1/8" thick rubber and cutting them out with an 1-1/4" gasket punch. I'm sure if you go to Lowe's or Home Depot you can find ready made rubber washers for less than $1 each. I also made some loops from paracord.
I fished the loops through each of the rubber washers using a wire with a small hook formed on the end.
Next I girth hitched the loops to a couple of D-rings that were in the desired location on my Red Rock backpack. Of course the the length of the loops can be any length desired to position the Predator wherever you want it.
Then I just simply slip the washers through the Predator's platform for a quick, quiet simple attachment to my pack. I hope this helps someone looking for a good way to carry the Predator to the woods.
