I’m about to make one. Gonna watch some videos...DYI sportsman, DaveT (if I recall correctly).

What length are you guys liking on yours? I’m 6’2” and using Muddy Pros if that matters.

Thanks

I was going to make one however I just ordered an extra tethrd versa strap. It is will be my stick caddy, aider, and then my gear hanger once all set up.

That’s an interesting idea. Curious to see how it works for you. Think I’m just gonna trybthr homemade CAYG for now. I was just carrying lots of sticks last year and it was a PIA

I have practiced with it already and it works. I just placed a piece of duct tape on my loop that is right for me so I know where to put my caribeaner for climbing.

I have one 42" loop of tubular webbing that I use as a CAYG aider for my unmodified Helium sticks. At this loop length, the step length for the loop is exactly like it is between each of the regular steps for me.

I'm going to make one like that Bowhunter TV video with Beast sticks. Have it be the same distance as it is between stick steps.

I set mine for maximum step which for me is around 26". That is 26" under the bottom step of my stick. I hook it to the top step. It is adjustable so if it gets hard during the season I'll reduce it.

Ok, I’ve taken the liberty of using @DaveT1963 and @swampsnyper ideas. I’m sure other people have done this but I thought I’d share.
