I have a misty moutain climbing harness and rope and ascender that I tried out for a while and I don't think it is for me. Everything is in great condition and cheap. I never tried to add the sit drag to it but I could see where it could help some. This is a great rig to start out with to see if you like that style before dumping a lot of money in it. Asking 45tyd pm me if your I interested.
 
Petzl "micrograb"? If that's what it is that's a good deal. I used one for yrs on a flipline.
