Climbing sticks

I’ll 2nd EWO. They are comparatively light, solid, have “modular” options that are often available on classifieds here or from competitors using 1” tube.
No polarizing Internet personalities to deal w and you could reach out to them right here.
* I have never had to.
Also strap on steps can be a good option to drop 1-2 in your bag for funny trees or if you want an extra stick height w/o the weight penalty.
Extra credit = Murica’!
Stacking- meh , you jerks have influenced me to have at least 3 packs in the rotation
I’m only 160lbs. Fwiw

Steps...and if your really on a tite budget, it's hard to beat the primal v steps. They cost $7 a step, just cut off the the buckles and tie them like we steps using the the strap that is sewn on the crossbar!

Little revive to this thread. Last few years has seen an influx of new sticks come to market.
Has anyone found them selfs going back to the old stand by sticks they have had for a while?

My complaint with sticks has been getting them up the tree and down. Plus fighting the attachment method in the dark. Seems newer designs are trying to combat those issue.
Curious as did you mention @enkriss your still are rocking the beast sticks after trying lots of other stuff?

Not for mobile hunting. For presets on private, absolutely. Hung a set of OG rapid rails with the whoopie sling ropes, a set of summit bucksteps I modded last year, a set of OG heliums, and a set o OG muddy sticks. First deer of the year was from the set with the bucksteps. The rest of the deer this year have all been off my mission stick.

I have been using the LWCG 17" doubles for several seasons and can't find enough wrong with them to justify going to anything else. I use the buckless method with the original straps that I can tie with my eyes closed in no time. I added paracord and buckle to the tops and the mating end to my saddle and they go up with me and clip off quick.
