So.... You just roll that aider up and connect with that Bungie and keepers? I like that!!
 
For your stick rope, did you just loop around the Harken cam cleat and tie it off with an anchor knot and slip knot it down tight on the cam cleat? That would be a good method to switch out my ropes on my one sticks rather than unscrewing everything to slip a permanent loop over the stick.

Yup. It’s a scaffold knot that’s girth hitched around the cam cleat which keeps the rope in a center line. Easy enough to remove if you so desire.
