I am new to this whole saddle thing and have been trying to place an order with them and the website keeps acting up.. also waiting on a back order for a saddle. How do y'all communicate with them? Do you? I tried Facebook and an email through website to no avail.... not sure where else to turn - thanks

Usually just email from my experience. They’ve always gotten back with me, but sometimes takes a few days for them to respond. Especially this time of year.
 
With luck you should have your gear by next season.

Seriously though good luck and welcome. My experience with them was not that impressive.
 
My communication with Tethrd has been very good throughout my whole ordering experience. That being said, yesterday after the weekly update was posted, my frustration began. On 08/08/2019 I sent an email checking in on a buddy of mine along with my order, both of which are complete kits in size large. I received this response .. “There is a good chance they will ship next week based on a rough count. Otherwise the following week guaranteed!” I understand that things happen but after being guaranteed something and then having the weekly update strategically postponed to clearly avoid conflict really bothered me. Our season is about to begin and god only knows when our orders are gonna ship.
