Getting ready to order the xc and trying to decide between the 2 and 3. I run between a 36 and 38 pant, not gonna be wearing bulky layers. Is it ok to be bigger ? Or try to get as tight as i can

I am your size.
I had both xc in 2 & 3 at the same time.
Ultimately I stuck with the 3 as i like to sit more than I lean and the 3 had more scoop in the butt and just a tense less hip pressure.
Neither is particularly awesome for walking in as they bunch in the lower ass. However, if I leave the leg straps loose when walking and just let them hang naturally then I don't even know its on really. So, if I was a more of leaner than sitter then I'd opt for the 2 as it was comfortable also.

I'd call Chad at Cruzr and talk to him (that's what I did). I'm a 34 waist and even with 4 layers on, a size 2 fits me great. I can't imagine a size 3.
