Nice, I also ordered a JX3 to compare to the cruzr xc....... now its just a waiting game.

Good man!!! My XC just came in today. I imagine I’m gonna love it and keep it for traditional saddle duties, but the JX3... That thing will never ever leave my toolset. Talk about an awesome piece of gear. They’re gonna call me the TreeSleeper after this season is over.

My Phantom arrived just a few minutes ago after being delayed by "civil demonstration." It has that new saddle smell

I want to publicly thank Cruzr Saddles for an exceptional customer service experience. I used the support form on their website and had a reply from them in a very short time. I am not sure of how short of time but I do know that I would measure it in minutes, not hours. Before I got around to checking my email again, my issue was resolved. In and of itself, that's incredible! What has me absolutely blown away is that this all took place on a Saturday! So again, to all of you at Cruzr Saddles, thank you and I look forward to being a continuous customer.
