I don’t know what to think about this. It’s my home turf up here. I felt I had a little treasure of a hunting spot and now it’s in the spotlight. Either sex all day as many as you can kill. Geez. Honestly I don’t think this will make much of a dent in the deer population. Legal or not they’re still hard to kill.

2020/21 season bout 195,000 game checked in Bama, so at least double that number or more and bout 500 tested, at that rate it's hard to know where and how widespread it is. Free testing.

No I haven’t heard any talk of it. I messaged our local biologist last night and she said she only learned of the CWD positive deer yesterday. It was the upper people that made all the new rules.
