I won't kid you, last year I was one of the first people to tell you saddle hunting sucked and anyone who said it was comfortable was a joke. But... I may have to eat some crow now. As I discuss in the video using prusiks on the bridge loop to direct the pull to either the top or bottom panel has made an incredible difference. So for the record here goes attempt number 3 for me to make this a viable option for someone who doesn't spend hundreds of hours in a saddle in order to get into "saddle shape".

Looks good. What's your knot setup on your rope belt so that you can slide it tight or loose on your waist?

It's an adjustable bend knot. Found it on here somewhere that it is what latitude uses. Tried a blake's hitch at first and it didn't bite as well as this.
 
I built one, didnt get both loops through the same piece of 1" tubular webbing. Whats the trick to getting them both through?

It was a bear but I used a splicing wire to pull the second piece of webbing through. I have no idea how Latitude fits a piece of oplux in the tubing as well.
 
Things I've learned from (2) 3.5 hour sits so far.

Pouches work better for me on the bottom panel - with the rope belt pulled tight and the bridge shortened tightly it holds up securely enough to walk in. With pouches on the top panel it wanted to roll the top down over the rope belt, and there was more of a fight to get the bottom panel back into the kydex clips when it was time to clime down.

This thing is comfy, never had any hip pinch or hot spots on the saddle only thing I noticed uncomfortable was my feet and knees.
