I used trail tacks for a while but they made so much noise rattling around in the package i needed a way to quite them. Wine bottle cork works good....
Then i found that you can just buy rolls of reflective graphics vinyl for cheap. I cut it in 1x10 strips, fold it in half, and rubber band the end together off a quick link to attach to my pack. Just tear off what you need and wrap it around a thin branch. Much harder for other hunters to see in the daylight. And finally.....i still use regular old flagging tape but it was always unrolling in my pocket or pack. I started saving used teflon tape rolls and refilled them with flagging tape. No more unrolled messIMG_20190526_115531.jpgIMG_20190526_115610.jpg

Good idea, I bought a bag of one inch clothes pins for a couple dollars on eBay, cut reflective tape and stuck o both sides. Light, quiet, very bright, easy to put on and take off, just another idea.

I got ya, I never left them up more than a week or so, had them in snow in Kentucky and they were fine. Guess I’ll wait and see and may have to switch it up if they start failing
