I am completely new to this, so forgive me if this is obvious... but, do I really need a sit drag in addition to a climbing harness? (such as this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LX1H88...Uw&pd_rd_r=D3E8HS415SHHCH65PSGZ&pd_rd_w=Ys8Qm )
I am guessing the sit drag mostly relieves pressure on your back and legs by letting you sit on your butt. Is it really that helpful? I feel like the climbing harness is made to keep people (professional lineman & tree trimmers) suspended in the air, for extended periods of time, on a regular basis. It has a bridge, D-rings for a lineman's belt, places to hook up a storage pack or two, and adjustable straps. What else do you need?
