Doyle’s in the bottom of pouch

What's the value of a pouch that holds only the hoist? Why not just clip the hoist itself to your saddle?
 
Noise, to keep something from hitting the hard plastic and making a loud unnatural sound. Plus plan on treating pouch for water protection.
 
I have a hard time getting clip inside a molle loop on kestrel flex. I gave up trying. That would be my incentive to get the pouch. I’ll be placing an order soon for one.

I agree. I’m looking forward to the pouch so it is easier to move to a backpack or on my belt if I’m not saddle hunting. The flex loops seem really tight around the clip and I hope I can still get it off there.
 
I first cut the metal clip down so it would fit in Molle loop but didn't like the possibility of noise. Its new home is in the back pouch of the Sys hauler ES. I only saddle hunt so its always with me from early to late season. Sure wish they would make a smaller lighter model.
