I was thinking in the off season that I would buy the ultra light standoffs, double steps and hardware. Question is this...will the standoffs and double steps fit the muddy pros? @DanO

I have the midday pro’s and have considered doing the same thing. Anyone know how much weight will be saved from swapping those components?

The Muddy dual folding step mechanism weighs over 9oz. Replace that with a 3.5oz DoubleStep or 2.7oz Ultralightweight version and you'll save 5.5-6.3 oz per step or 11-12.6 oz per stick. You'll also shave weight with the standoffs but I don't have a weight of the stock standoff - sent mine back in for replacement due to recall. You can request 5/16" versions of the steps/standoffs to match the holes in the Muddy Pros if you want.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will be looking into that switching components this coming off season.

Thinking about doing the same with mine, good info, thanks to those who replied.
