Easy dish to make. Not saying it’s healthy, I wouldn’t eat it every day, but it’s a 30 minute type dish that is a people pleaser including the kids.
Cook the pasta, whatever kind you wanna use.
Diced a few cloves of garlic and sautéed them for a bit in the olive oil then added in the ground meat. Anything works there, I just wanted a different flavor and had a pack of that turkey Italian sausage from my favorite farm in the fridge. Season it with whatever you want when it’s browned, add in some sauce and half a block of cream cheese (or more, whatever you like). Heat and stir until it’s all combined and melted. Top with a little mozzarella and into the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to melt that.
