Got an email from eberlestock that there having a pack sale. I know alot og guys have interest in the frame and the x2. I seen the x2 in western slope color was only $120.
 
Was excited until I realized all those low prices was western slope, but I'm coming around slowly. Want a solid color bandit.

Anyone have the transformer? I've been looking at that one as well.
 
I think I'm going to get transformer since I have the f1 can you strap sticks to it easy

I like the transformer but not on the mainframe. I feel like a full feature pack strapped to it is overkill. I have two batwings and if I needed to carry more the big J type dry bag weighs less and would carry more. You can strap sticks to the transformer but I think the x2 carries them better - 2 horizontal straps vs 1
 
Do u like your transformer or would you rather have the x2..I want to be able to carry 2 sticks on each side my bibs coat muff and predator in the pack like I do now...i was just thinking of getting the transformer since i have the f1 if I ever go elk hunting or something I need to pack out

If you want to split the sticks up 2 per side the x2 will really outperform the f2 because of the side wings that fold over. I like the f2 in a tree a lot but don’t use it to carry sticks and don’t think I’d ever attach it to the mainframe.
