Hey guys, new saddle hunter here. I have the Tethrd Eberhart and i am an hour or so into a sit this morning. It is squeezing my upper, outer thighs so tightly that my legs and feet are going numb. I cannot figure out where I am going wrong. 32” waste for reference.

Make your bridge longer.

My waste is 31" and I have never had any pinching issues not even minor. My Bridge is about 17" from the best I can remember, I can measure later today after work. How high do you have your tether set above your head? Do you have your panels overlapping or spaced apart? Make sure there is no twisting of the panels- inside panel stays inside of the outer panels.
Send pictures if need be.
Last year was my first full year of hunting with the ESS and I really enjoyed it. There is a little learning curve on what setup feels the best as far as overlapping the panels.
I watched the John Eberhart YouTube videos on how to put the saddle on and adjustments over and over.
I also bought my son and son-n-law the same setup this June. They are my size 5' 10" and 6' with 31" - 32" waist and they don't have any issues either with pinching.

I am 6'3" 280 44"-46" waist. I am running a Overwatch Transformer Size 2. One of my first sits this weekend and I had middle/lower thigh squeeze. My hips were fine. I would sit and my legs would want to straddle the tree and my thighs would fell the pressure of the lower panel. I am still playing with bridge length, but after this weekends sit. I am thinking about going to a webbing bridge and I am switching to a mechanical device on my tether.

Try to adjust it so it is pulling more from the lower half of your saddle. Don’t know the ESS but it sounds like maybe it’s pulling too much from the top. Some bridge loops have notches to help with this.

I usually have the panels so that they overlap a little and it works well for me. I played with bridge length on the ground, the bridge isn't very easy to adjust when you're hanging from the tether but for me when I got it set it has been good. It is unfortunate that ESS can't be searched because it is too short.
