If there's one thing I hate and suck at, its sharpening flexible knifes like fillet and deboning knifes. Any good replaceable options? The havalon doesn't look to bad

Simply swap blades depending on where you're at in the process of breaking down a deer. The 5" blade works great for boning and the other two blades are certainly useful before the boning process begins.

You can order replacement blades and also blades for the "fishing" version of that kit too.
