Waiting for the evening hunt around camp and was thinking- what’s everyone’s favorite times to get setup. I like an hour before daylight and around 2:30 or 3 pm. What is y’all’s? Not in the rut though- that’s an all day event

Pretty much exactly the same for me. On days I have absolutely all the time to hunt I will try to get down from my morning spot around 930 and start hiking some areas looking for fresh sign. If I find good fresh sign I set up then, if nothing I head out and to get wherever I have planned my evening hunt at least by 3PM.
