Man that looked delicious made my mouth water. Hope it turned out just how you intended to. How was the flavor on the hog. And great recipe for the venison will need to try that out thanks for sharing

I didn’t do a video of the pulled pork BBQ, but I did get the smoked ham documented. It turned out pretty good for a first try. Flavor is good, a little bit on the tough and dry side, but not bad at all. Actually makes a good sandwich with mustard and a slice of cheese.
