The tape says blood soaked on the hoodie. Is that a name, or does it have blood stains?

That's my user name and date to show proof of ownership and not a random picture I pulled from the internet. That jacket just happens to actually be berber so I can see that being confusing. It's never had blood on it, just a pair of berber pants and why I started using the username.
It has no issues and has the windproof lining.
