First lite

I have found tge outer fabric on my woidbury and sanctuary to be a little too delicate for my liking. Solitude is better. Tge clotges are nice otherwise

I have the corrugate guide pants, Kiln 150 shirt, corrugate jacket and brooks down sweater. Hunted with the pants in Idaho for elk, Arizona for muleys and all over the thick nastiness of the Southern Appalachians here in WNC. They have held up exceptionally well. Gonna add a Kiln Hoddy as well as Klamath hoody and a pair of puffy pants.

Well to be more positive, the obsidians did have a cool thigh pocket that was perfect for my windicator but I would be lying if I told you they were durable. Maybe they wised up and have added another fiber like Sitka did to increase the durability to their merino articles. Sawbucks on the other hand are the best pants I have worn.

I have had my set of obsidians , aero wool hoodie, kiln sweatshirt, and catalyst jacket for four seasons. A little pricey for clothing, but if you catch the sales it's not that bad. They used to have more sales. I love the pants. The pockets are just where you need them and the suspenders are nice (except when you need to do your biz) to hold up the pants to keep from sliding off my old flat #@$. No issues with quality. The pants are getting a little worn and thread fibers showing here and there from briars, but still holding up. Everything else is holding up well. Love the aero wool for early season and as a base layer in the fall and winter. I think the jacket could have been designed with lined pockets, but no big deal. Good quality clothing. Make sure you wash on hand wash cycle and hang line dry. I recommend Charlies Soap for wool products. Scent free and dye free. All natural.
