I was finally able to get an arrow into this good buck. I was busted moving in the tree a couple weeks back on his south wind beds. We had a north wind Friday and I had the first couple hours of daylight to work with. Well at 8am his running mate came through and got to their beds, when he came in on the j hook, I shot him quartering away hard at 17 yards. The god lord blessed me with a 150 yard track that was light, but I was able to find him in a huge briar/ raspberry patch. I am blessed to have good friends who realized how rare this buck was for me, they came and helped. They took very good pics for me to remember the day with. I am a blessed guy.

Congrats! Great looking buck and it is always good to slow down and take it all in when you harvest one, and especially one of that caliber...Looks like you did just that!

What an accomplishment!!!! CONGRATULATIONS BRO! I hope to have a similar story soon... My FIRST saddle/bow/public land buck.
