Deff no monster but my first kill with traditional gear. Its been rough shooting a recurve instinctive from the saddle. Missed 3 so far. Didnt miss this time.

Congrats! That is pretty awesome! :D He looks like he's got a pretty good sized body on him.

Good ole south jersey farm deer. Didnt weigh it. Its in peices in the deer fridge :D To damn warm out.

I hear you. Cold front coming through tomorrow at least. I have 4 more sits to fill my fall bow tag. I saw a nice buck on Monday at the end of that cold front so I'm hoping this one will help me out.

Yeah good luck hope ya connect. Lotta guys slayed on that last cold front. This year i havnt even tried to locate and hunt a good buck. Lost my one good spot n just aint feeling it. Thats why i decided to take up trad. Add some spice n excitement:D Its time to lodge some spears in striped bass now. I will prob still hunt extended but if i see a good buck it would be pure luck.

Thanks man. Its supposed to be fun so if the trad bow makes it fun then keep at it :cool: . Good luck with the stripers. I haven't done much striper fishing since I moved up north. And remember its the rut so anything can happen. I'm already noticing the guys who only hunt at this time of year starting to make their appearances lol.
 
Yeah i aint exactly going striper fishing. More like under water archery :)

Don't make me want to start spearfishing now. I got enough hobbies lol

I sold my saddle yrs ago cause I couldn't hit anything out of it with the longbow. Im back, but haven't tried to shoot out of it yet. Nice buffalo, I got one of those. Congrats on the one string kill!
