Let’s talk more about these eggs. Did you crack them and just dump them in there raw? I always boiled on the side then peeled and let them cook down in the gravy.
Crack the egg on the side the pot and dump in, I keep track and go in a clockwise rotation adding each one as to not overlap. Remember though not to stir, meaning you bring pot to a very very slow boil. You don’t want to burn the bottom since you can’t stir until the eggs are cooked.
